The Priory — Additive Residential Housing

14 heritage homes in a former Priory in Jersey City. Built from Weymouth granite and Indiana limestone, this property was built with care and craftsmanship. The rehabbed additive housing sits at a crossroads between Jackson Square and NJCU.

The Higher House concept restores and reclaims former church properties as working event spaces. Heritage architecture is retained while mechanicals, electrical, and plumbing are modernized. Each location hires and trains local talent and promotes local businesses.
